Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote/rural areas may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary from products to product depending on their price, weight, sale and other important factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking details.

You can track your package directly via the courier partner’s website or through your S3-NutraKart account.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please provide complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).

Courier delays beyond our control.

We will notify you in case of any significant delay.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders are accepted within India only.
